Do you only do explainer videos or can we hire you for just editing or design?
You can hire us for any single service. We don't force bundled packages.
What if we're not sure which service we need?
That's fine. We'll talk through your goals and recommend what makes the most sense.
How involved do we need to be?
As much or as little as you want. We'll check in at key milestones for approval, but we handle the execution. You won't need to micromanage.
What if we don't like the first draft?
We work in stages, so you approve the direction early (script, concept, style) before we go deep into production. That way we catch issues before they become expensive to fix.
Can we request changes after the project is done?
Minor tweaks shortly after delivery are fine. Major changes or new requests would be charged saperately. We'll always be transparent about what's included.
Do we own everything you create?
Yes. Full ownership transfers to you once the project is complete and paid for.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, if needed. We're happy to sign NDAs for sensitive projects.
